Below 99.9% Uptime SLA Not accepted

When the companies are offering 100% uptime SLA, anything below 99.9% not taken. Nobody likes downtime, and when being an online means business loss, it matters a lot. Sucess depends on speed, look, uptime, easy navigation and the right information, which could lead to guaranteed sales.

If the site goes down, due to outrage, which probably most of the hosting companies give the reason, the hosting customers dissatisfied and start thinking of changing the host. So, keeping the website up and running all the time becomes the priority for every of the hosting company.

The customers have started grading the companies by uptime as 100%, 99.9%, 99.8%, 99% and I think, nobody would consider any company below that percentage. Poor uptime means loss of customers for a website owner and loss of a customer to the hosting company also.

Uptime is proportionate to high-performance, effectiveness, robust, trustworthiness and much more such attributes. Most of the website owners use the services of Pingdom, Uptime, Uptrends, SiteGeek, Jetpack for WordPress and many such other companies. They monitor the website and provide the information related to a site which includes downtime.

The clients have become very sensitive to the downtime. Hence, hosting companies are continuously upgrading their technology to be 100% up for long intervals without any problems.

Online is becoming synonymous for 100% uptime, and the website created for being available all the time.

Almost every of the company is now offering more than 99.9% uptime SLA. In such a case, customers are finding the hassle to see the actual 100% SLA providing companies. Most review companies reveal the uptime data, independently verified.
